Andrea Neal, Ph.D. (Licensed Psychologist)
Dr. Andrea Neal earned her undergraduate degree from Western Washington University and her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Montana. Since completing the two-year post-doctoral training in DBT at the Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle, Dr. Neal has worked as a research therapist on an NIMH study at the Behavioral and Research Therapy Clinics. Dr. Neal provides individual therapy, group skills training, supervision, and consultation for adults and adolescents. In addition to working with more traditional DBT clients, Dr. Neal also works with individuals with serious mental illness, particularly psychotic disorders and bipolar disorder. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship in the psychosocial rehabilitation of serious mental illness at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Dr. Neal has a professional and personal interest in mindfulness meditation.
